About Joseph Ciarrochi
I am an Academic in the School of Psychology at the University of Wollongong, Australia. I conduct research into how to promote social well-being, emotional well-being, and social effectiveness.
Primary research interests
- Designing and Evaluating interventions to reduce suffering, promote vitality, and promote social effectiveness (in a variety of contexts, including organizations, adolescents, and cancer groups).
- Identifying character strengths and virtues that predict future well-being in adolescents and adults
- Social and emotional intelligence
